Dr (Maj) Suneet is an astute doctor having graduated from the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College,Pune. He was commissioned in the Indian Army in 2016 as a medical officer and has diverse experience in both low resource and state of the art health care settings spanning over widespread terrains, diverse demographic profiles and encompassing all tiers of health care. He has cleared the licencing exam of the United Kingdom and is registered with General Medical Council, United Kingdom. He also underwent an observership at the prestigious Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham United Kingdom.He has been an avid researcher with publications and poster presentations right from his undergraduate days with a keen focus of evidence-based healthcare. Participates in continuous medical education to stay current on medical advancements and remain abreast with the latest updates in evidence based medicine.Firm believer in the amalgamation of human resources with medical technology as the healthcare panacea. Dr. Debarati Das, a distinguished Medical College Kolkata alumna with pediatric specialization from Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health, Bangalore, excels in meeting children’s healthcare needs. Her MD in Pediatrics and tenure as a Senior Resident during the COVID pandemic have equipped her with profound pediatric and neonatal care expertise. Holding the prestigious MRCPCH from the UK and active memberships in IAP and RCPCH(UK), she is devoted to evidence-based medicine. Her areas of expertise now also include vaccination/immunization strategies, pediatric allergy treatments, and asthma management, alongside her commitment to breastfeeding practices, growth and development evaluations, and infectious disease treatment. Additionally, Dr. Das, a trained classical dancer and dance fitness advocate, promotes sports fitness among children.

Dr. Kumari Richa is a dedicated psychiatrist committed to providing compassionate care and support to individuals facing mental health challenges. She has done MBBS and Diploma in Psychiatric Medicine from RGUHS with first rank (Gold Medalist) . She also holds a certification in Cognitive Behavior therapy from Nimhans and another certification in Psychosexual medicine. With over 6 years of experience in the field, Dr. Richa specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions such as Anxiety , Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia and other mental health disorders. Dr. Shilpa K, our new Clinical Head at Stepcare, is a patient-focused family physician dedicated to holistic care. With a strong belief in ensuring each patient receives tailored treatment to optimize their health, she excels in disease diagnosis and interpreting medical histories for effective treatment planning. Dr. Shilpa is committed to providing top-notch health check-ups and outpatient clinical care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys singing, dancing, and creating educational videos, enriching her connection with community health education.

Ms. Shweta Chhabra is a Clinical Psychologist (RCI) at Stepcare, holding an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology and boasting six years of experience in renowned healthcare institutions across India. She began her professional journey as a lifestyle and stress management coach at GOQii. After completing her M.Phil, she transitioned to academia, serving as a visiting faculty member at Amity University, Gurgaon. Ms. Shweta subsequently embarked on her clinical practice, working at Nirvan De-addiction Centre in Lucknow, Sarvam Global Healthcare in Jaipur, and Mind Plus Retreat in Ludhiana, where she honed her expertise in addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. At Stepcare, she continues to provide empathetic support and evidence-based interventions to individuals seeking assistance for their mental well-being.

Tabassum Hussain is a Clinical Nutritionist at Stepcare and after completing her Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition from Bangalore university, She worked in a reputed multi-speciality hospital as a Clinical Dietitian followed by reputed international corporates as a Nutrition consultant. She further worked as a Nutrition researcher in a research centre In Bangalore. Simultaneously she had her private practice at a simple home set up where she started helping clients dealing with weight issues, diabetes, cholesterol, PCOS, thyroid, hypertension, hair, and skin problems etc. She had an unbuilt zeal to help people empower and become health independent. Therefore, to achieve this, she held seminars, workshops in school, colleges, corporates, women organisations and imparted authentic health information.
She is also a part of One 9 Popina, a unit of Stepcare for the planning and calorie counting of the Café’s Menu.

Dr. Venkatesh is revered as a mentor, imparting invaluable skills to clinical lab management. His vision for Isaac Labs is to elevate it into a premier destination for both routine and specialised services, harnessing his expertise and the lab team’s collective experience.

With an illustrious career spanning over two decades in the diagnostics industry, Thangasamy S, our Operations Manager and Senior Technician at ISAAC Labs within Stepcare, brings a wealth of experience to the team. Armed with a Master’s degree in Biochemistry, his journey has seen him evolve from roles such as Lab Executive to Senior Biochemist and Manager of Diagnostics. Proficient in both automated and manual processing, he has adeptly handled a range of advanced diagnostic equipment. His commitment to international quality standards is exemplified through involvement in NABL, CAP, and ISO 15189 accredited laboratories. Aruna Kumari is a seasoned Senior Scientific Officer with over 14 years of extensive experience in medical laboratory technology. Throughout her career, Aruna has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in various domains including haematology, flow cytometry, special coagulation, clinical pathology, microbiology, serology, and biochemistry.
With a solid educational background in MLT from Santhi Vocational College, Aruna has consistently exhibited traits of self-motivation, problem-solving, and dedication to quality.
Her roles have encompassed leadership responsibilities, team management, quality control maintenance, and documentation adherence as per NABL standards. Aruna has a proven track record of effectively conducting internal audits, managing laboratory inventory, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate test findings.

Iyappan C.M. is a Lab Technologist at ISAAC Labs with a B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) and two years of hands-on experience in various areas of medical diagnostics. He has a strong background in Transfusion Medicine, Immunohematology, Biochemistry, Pathology, and Microbiology, gained through extensive training at Vellore Medical College & Hospital. During his training, Iyappan developed expertise in both automated and manual laboratory techniques, such as media preparation, PCR, bacterial cultures, staining, and ELISA. He is proficient in blood grouping, cross-matching, blood bank protocols, and the operation of automated analyzers, as well as manual microscopy.

In addition to his academic and technical expertise, Iyappan also worked for a year at Neuberg Diagnostics, where he gained valuable experience in diagnostic testing and quality management. Currently, at ISAAC Labs, he continues to leverage his skills in delivering accurate and reliable lab results. Outside of work, Iyappan enjoys playing cricket and watching movies and web series. His career goal is to grow within his field by taking on dynamic and challenging roles, adding value to both his organization and himself.
