She began her professional journey as a lifestyle and stress management coach at GOQii. After completing her M.Phil, she transitioned to academia, serving as a visiting faculty member at Amity University, Gurgaon. Ms. Shweta subsequently embarked on her clinical practice, working at Nirvan De-addiction Centre in Lucknow, Sarvam Global Healthcare in Jaipur, and Mind Plus Retreat in Ludhiana, where she honed her expertise in addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. At Stepcare, she continues to provide empathetic support and evidence-based interventions to individuals seeking assistance for their mental well-being.
